What site prep covers
- Excavation and over-dig for foundations, shops, slabs, and walls.
- Grading to plan rough and finish grade, with proper slope for drainage.
- Structural fill and compaction imported base, layered in lifts, compacted to spec, and tested when the project calls for it.
- Form layout squared, leveled, and braced, with embeds, sleeves, and in-slab rough-ins coordinated with the trades.
- Drainage, subdrain, and vapor barriers installed before the first yard of concrete shows up.

When the company that prepares the site is the same company that pours the concrete, problems get caught early instead of argued over later. We show up with the machine, the forms, the compactor, and the plan and we hand off a pad that’s ready to take a pour on the day we said it would be.
